Deep Blue Aerospace sets up global HQ in Xiamen

Recently, Jiangsu Deep Blue Aerospace Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Deep Blue Aerospace"), a commercial aerospace company, announced the successful completion of its B3 round of strategic financing. This round was funded by a sub-fund of the Xiamen and Jimei District government-guided funds, and will lead to the establishment of Deep Blue Aerospace's international business and service headquarters in Jimei District. Deep Blue Aerospace is the second company in the world, after SpaceX, to complete all low-altitude engineering tests for the vertical recovery and reuse of a liquid oxygen kerosene rocket. The company stated that it chose Jimei District for its international headquarters due to the district's aerospace industry planning, unique location, and policy advantages, which align with Deep Blue Aerospace's strategy of developing reusable rockets and serving global markets. Together, Deep Blue Aerospace and Jimei District aim to establish a key gateway to the international commercial rocket market. The international headquarters will focus on overseas markets, particularly those in the Belt and Road Initiative countries. In Xiamen, Deep Blue Aerospace plans to expand its commercial rocket research and education, science popularization, supply chain support, and aerospace electronic product manufacturing and testing services.
