Through establishing government-bank-enterprise collaboration platforms and district-level financial industry association, integrates regional financial resources to enhance service efficiency, guiding institutions to implement financial policies and provide financing support for enterprises. Municipal and district governments have introduced "fiscal policies + financial instruments" measures offering full-lifecycle financial support, including supply chain collaboration, financing and credit enhancement, talent recruitment, insurance protection, etc.
Fund Ecosystem
Based in East Sea Rim Cloud Valley's initial launch zone, Xiamen Science City Fund Bay Area focuses on aggregating financial ecosystems by attracting primary equity investment, secondary private securities, banking/securities/insurance institutions, professional accounting and legal services, etc. This creates deep-integration capital service platform for "production, investment, and financing," supplemented by one-stop registration, cross-border guidance, finance-tax-investment matchmaking, branding services, etc. Currently, nearly 50 funds have been established or signed with total assets approaching 40 billion yuan.
