Recently, Xiamen issued the "Xiamen Specialized Industrial Parks High-Quality Development Action Plan (2024-2029)," aiming to enhance industrial clustering and ecological cultivation. The plan focuses on the "4+4+6" modern industrial system, targeting segments such as electrical equipment, general equipment, semiconductors, and smart terminals, as well as traditional industries like food processing, eyewear, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom products, and textiles and clothing. Eight specialized industrial parks are being planned and constructed: Electrical Equipment Industrial Park, Light Industry Visual Communication Industrial Park, Fashion Consumer Goods (Food) Industrial Park, Advanced General Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, Smart Home Industrial Park, Semiconductor Industrial Base, Fashion Consumer Goods (Textiles and Clothing) Industrial Park, and Smart Terminal Industrial Park. Companies that develop within these specialized industrial parks will enjoy a series of policy incentives. By 2027, Xiamen aims to establish a highly recognizable, concentrated, and robust specialized industrial park system, attracting over 30 national high-tech enterprises and "Little Giant" enterprises, and more than 100 large-scale industrial enterprises.
