On July 31, the Tongan International Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base officially opened. Located in Xiamen Science and Technology Park (Eastern Coastal Area), the base uses the entire Science and Technology Park as a platform for attracting talent. The event unveiled the "5+4" base matrix map, which includes five talent service points: Silver City Intelligent Valley, Eastern Coastal Cloud Valley, Meifeng Creative Valley, Incubator No. 1, and Future Industry Sub-park. Additionally, four talent service points will be established in other regions globally, offering services such as policy implementation, international liaison, talent exchange, and professional empowerment. Recognized foreign talents and talents from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan who graduated from the world's top 200 universities or have been working or starting a business in Xiamen for less than two years will receive a job subsidy of up to 100,000 yuan upon joining the International Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base.
