Recently, Sitan Technology, located in the Graphene Industrial Park in the Torch High-Tech Zone, has entered the equipment integration phase with China's first Micro-LED single chip bonding mass production line, and is set to begin operations by the end of June this year. The Micro-LED micro display chips produced will offer commercial solutions for high-quality consumer-grade AR (Augmented Reality)/XR (Extended Reality) glasses. As a next-generation display technology, Micro-LED boasts high brightness, wide viewing angles, long lifespan, short response time, and low energy consumption. Sitan Technology exemplifies Xiamen's efforts to lead in the new display technology sector and accelerate the development of new productive forces. In the first quarter of this year, Xiamen's flat-panel display industry grew by 17.1% year-on-year.
