On May 20th, SCIV officially celebrated its third anniversary. Currently, the park has attracted over 300 enterprises and employs more than 9,800 people, soon to surpass the 10,000 mark. SCIV is a 4.0 modern industrial park built to high standards in Xiamen, serving as an important platform for the city's industrial transformation and upgrading, as well as for attracting and implementing high-level projects. With a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan and a construction area of 1.59 million square meters, the park has gradually formed an industrial cluster represented by smart home, information technology, digital construction, and new media. As the construction of SCIV nears completion, the park's investment promotion is further upgrading. In the first quarter of this year, the park has signed contracts with 11 enterprises, with a total area of 16,100 square meters.
