On March 29th, the Xiamen CGDG New Era Plaza, Fujian's tallest building and also known as the "Xiamen Reception Hall," was officially inaugurated. Located north of Lujiang Road in Siming District, this large-scale, super high-rise commercial complex integrates offices, hotels, retail, and sightseeing, covering a total construction area of about 300,000 square meters with a total investment of approximately 7 billion yuan. It is a key project for both Fujian Province and Xiamen City. In the future, the Xiamen CGDG New Era Plaza project aims to become a world-class green and low-carbon headquarters economy building, attracting more renowned domestic and international enterprises and innovative teams, thereby enhancing Xiamen's urban competitiveness and influence.
