In the coming period, multiple investment outreach teams from the SCIV in Tong'an New City are gearing up to visit key cities nationwide, aiming for a robust start in this year's investment drive. The SCIV is set to capitalize on the timely completion of its second-phase office buildings, with a strategic focus on pivotal projects, areas, and sectors. To date, agreements have been signed for over 20,000 square meters in this phase, making up 10% of its total space. As the SCIV Phase I approaches its third anniversary, it boasts a nearly 90% occupancy rate, thanks to several high-value industrial projects that came on board last year. Moving forward, the SCIV plans to enhance its synergy with the municipal Commerce and Science & Technology Bureaus, as well as the Tong'an District Government, honing in on targeted investment recruitment aligned with the city's "4+4+6" modern industrial blueprint.
