During the Spring Festival, Xiamen Port continuously welcomed the arrival of large container ships, maintaining the heat in the domestic and international container transportation market, ensuring the stability and smoothness of the industrial and supply chains, and demonstrating the robust vitality of an international container hub. From February 9 to 17, terminals owned by Xiamen Port Holdings Group are expected to berth 136 voyages of mainline container vessels, nearly a 10% increase year-on-year, with an anticipated container throughput of 212,000 TEUs, an over 8% increase year-on-year. Notably, the container operation volume of holiday consumer goods has seen a significant rise.
