To further optimize the foreign investment environment in Fujian Province and to stabilize and expand the scale of foreign capital utilization, the Fujian Provincial Government has issued "Several Measures to Further Optimize the Foreign Investment Environment and Increase the Attraction of Foreign Investment in Fujian Province." The Measures propose 25 specific policy actions across eight areas, including general requirements, enhancing the quality and efficiency of utilizing foreign investment, ensuring national treatment for foreign-invested enterprises, continuously strengthening the protection of foreign investments, improving the level of investment operation convenience, increasing fiscal and financial support, refining the promotion of foreign investment, and enhancing organizational implementation.
