Resource-based and mineral industries have seen steady growth, with key overseas investment projects generally performing well. The total value of new contracts for overseas labor services reached USD 140 million, up 31.3%, with 12,619 labor personnel dispatched overseas, an increase of 24.4%. The total business revenue from overseas contracted projects reached USD 16.35 million, a 2.3-fold increase, with new contracts valued at USD 58.48 million, up 38.4%.
