Beginning this year, Xiamen has seen a surge in patent acquisitions by its enterprises, spanning multiple sectors. These achievements not only underscore Xiamen's prowess in technological innovation but also signal an acceleration in the city's advanced manufacturing evolution. Xiamen has prioritized the development of intellectual property (IP) within its enterprises. Through comprehensive initiatives, the city has fostered a number of enterprises with formidable IP competitiveness. By the end of last year, the National Intellectual Property Administration recognized 7 new National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises and 33 Advantage Enterprises in Xiamen, each constituting over one-fifth of the total in Fujian Province. To date, Xiamen has nurtured 27 National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprises and 76 Advantage Enterprises, with the total count reaching 103. This achievement represents a significant milestone, with Xiamen's demonstration and advantage enterprises accounting for 31.7% and 21.5% respectively in the province.
