The list included renowned companies like C&D, ITG, Xiangyu, and Anta, as well as leading global lithium battery cathode material manufacturers like XTC New Energy and 4399, a top Chinese internet company. This year's ranking focused more on the companies' abilities to attract and cultivate international talents, introducing a new International Talent Development Index. This index evaluates the number and structure of international students, talents from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, as well as foreign experts within the enterprises, offering insights and experiences for better international talent management.
