From January to October, the city completed an investment of 80.011 billion yuan, achieving 97.5% of the annual plan and exceeding the scheduled progress by 14.2 percentage points. Among these projects, social welfare projects have progressed steadily, with an actual investment of 2.078 billion yuan, completing 96.35% of the annual plan. Infrastructure projects have maintained growth, with an actual investment of 44.706 billion yuan, completing 97.07% of the annual plan. Industrial projects have accelerated in construction, with an actual investment of 33.227 billion yuan, completing 98.15% of the annual plan.
