To accelerate the high-quality development of the biomedical industry in Xiamen and to enhance the industry's ecosystem—encompassing the industrial chain, innovation chain, capital chain, talent chain, and service chain—the Xiamen Municipal People's Government recently issued Several Measures for Accelerating the High-Quality Development of the Biopharmaceutical Industry in Xiamen. This initiative includes 24 measures across five major areas, offering substantial rewards to enterprises and projects. The measures provide phased rewards for innovative drugs, improved new drugs, and generic drugs that conduct clinical trials and transformation in Xiamen, based on their research and development progress. Effective from November 20, 2023, these measures will remain in force until December 31, 2026.
