On September 28th, the Xiamen Municipal Government Office disseminated the "2023 Second Installment of Key Initiatives to Elevate the Business Environment," encompassing a robust set of 63 tasks. These initiatives straddle across ten pivotal areas, including the refinement of market entry milieu, assurance of enterprise access to operational premises, optimization of municipal public infrastructure applications, elevation of employment public service caliber, enhancement of financial service efficacy and level, mitigation of cross-border trade costs, augmentation of tax services, fortification of commercial dispute resolution mechanisms, facilitation of equitable market competition, and amplification of bankruptcy processing quality and efficiency, thereby collectively turbocharging Xiamen's business environment reform and progressive upscaling. With a stellar performance, Xiamen has perennially cemented its position at the forefront of the National Development and Reform Commission's business environment assessments for three successive years, acquiring “national benchmark” accolades across all 18 indicators.
