The 23rd China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) is gearing up for its launch. This year, CIFIT adopts the theme "Opening and Integration, Leading High-quality Development," and establishes a perpetual theme promoting global two-way investment. The lineup includes over 50 scheduled forums and discussions. CIFIT will host delegates from almost 100 countries and regions, alongside about 80,000 merchants. Among the attendees, over 160 foreign enterprises are anticipated, including representatives from almost 50 of the Fortune 500 companies. Since its inception in 2018, CIFIT has been a hotspot for specialized activities, such as forums, key releases, and business negotiations. Its three pillars focus on two-way investment promotion, discerning investment trends, and releasing authoritative data. As the only global investment event co-sponsored by six major authoritative international organizations, CIFIT is working diligently to establish itself as a premier public platform for international investments and aims to be a vital public product for two-way international investments. In its over twenty-year history, CIFIT has garnered participation from over 200 countries and regions, attracted 300,000 overseas merchants, and welcomed more than 450 of the Fortune 500 companies. Through its tenure, more than 30,000 projects have been inked, channeling an impressive sum of over $340 billion into China.
