The 2023 LP Conference and the 4th Lujiang Venture Capital Forum took place in Tong'an, Xiamen on July 7-8. The LP Conferences have been successfully hosted in Xiamen for four consecutive years. In recent years, Xiamen has made significant strides in the field of funds. Currently, there are 279 licensed financial institutions in the city, nearly 100 listed companies at home and abroad, and 338 private fund management institutions of various types. Among them, renowned fund management institutions such as China International Capital Corporation (CICC), CDH Investments, Hillhouse Capital, Sequoia Capital, and Boyu Capital have all gathered here. The total registered fund size exceeds 440 billion yuan, injecting strong momentum into the rapid construction of a local modern industrial system. The event also witnessed several heavyweight agreements. The Xiang'an District, Tong'an District, Jimei District, and Siming District of Xiamen City have successfully entered into contracts with several prominent investment institutions, such as BA Capital, JM Capital, HAI SHANG SILU Fund, CICC, Jinyi Capital, and Centurium Capital. These collaborations aim to attract a greater number of esteemed and dynamic institutions to Xiamen.
