Since the beginning of this year, the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce has been actively promoting the initiative of "Expanding Markets through Extensive Overseas Exhibitions," providing substantial support to Xiamen enterprises in venturing abroad to seize orders and explore new markets. According to incomplete statistics, from May to June this year, a total of 163 Xiamen enterprises participated in 26 overseas exhibitions, covering various sectors such as stone, sanitary ware, clothing, footwear, and food. The participating companies left their footprints in countries and regions such as Germany, the Philippines, Australia, Russia, and Hungary. By the end of June, the "Expanding Markets through Extensive Overseas Exhibitions" initiative had facilitated the participation of 528 Xiamen enterprises in 61 overseas exhibitions, with cumulative intended orders exceeding 5 billion yuan, achieving more than half of the target set for both "Exhibitions" and "Enterprises."
