Recently, the "Action Plan for Promoting Cross-Border Trade Facilitation in Xiamen in 2023" was officially issued and implemented. The plan focuses on five aspects: port digital transformation, industrial upgrading, smooth customs clearance and logistics security, reducing port charges, and enhancing the sense of acquisition for enterprises. It specifies 35 concrete measures to further build a model area for the port business environment, contribute to the high-quality development of Xiamen's port, and support the construction of a key city in the new development pattern. This year, Xiamen has once again been selected as one of the cities for the 2023 special action on promoting cross-border trade facilitation.
