On June 28th, Cui Yonghui, Secretary of the Xiamen Municipal Party Committee, met with the President of PSA International, Singapore, Chen Congmin, and his delegation. The two sides had in-depth discussions on deepening port and shipping cooperation. Cui Yonghui stated that Xiamen and Singapore have a deep historical connection and close exchanges. PSA International is one of the world's major port investment groups, and its development philosophy and direction align well with Xiamen's. He expressed the hope that both sides would strengthen cooperation, work together to share development opportunities, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. Chen Congmin expressed confidence in Xiamen's future development. He mentioned that PSA International will promote the interconnection projects with Xiamen and the construction of the land-sea new corridor, enhance practical cooperation with Xiamen in the port and shipping field, and join hands with Xiamen to explore the market, thus achieving new and greater results in their cooperation.
