Xiamen City's Strategy for Creating a New Business Environment Advantage to Facilitate High-Quality Enterprise Development (referred to as Action Plan) has been officially released this month. As per the Action Plan, the 28 reform initiatives, which have been further streamlined into 126 tasks, will significantly contribute more "Xiamen programs" to the entire province. This momentous occasion also signifies the official transition of Xiamen's business environment to phase 6.0. In recent years, Xiamen has made significant strides in optimizing its business environment, resulting in its consistent ranking among the top performers in the National Development and Reform Commission's evaluation of the business environment for three consecutive years. Last year, Xiamen witnessed an impressive addition of 172,000 commercial entities, bringing the current total to a staggering 847,000.
