Xiamen holds Global Development Initiative Partnership on New Industrial Revolution Symposium

The Global Development Initiative Partnership on New Industrial Revolution Symposium was held in Xiamen on April 24. The Symposium was a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Fujian Provincial People's Government, and the Xiamen Municipal People's Government. It brought together approximately 150 delegates from 25 different countries. The Chairman's Statement of the Global Development Initiative Partnership on New Industrial Revolution Symposium was released, marking the launch of the Global Development Initiative Partnership on the New Industrial Revolution network. China is committed to collaborating with all stakeholders under the Global Development Initiative to establish a new industrial revolution partnership that is forward-thinking, inventive, and inclusive, and fosters mutual growth. We aim to enhance cooperation in the areas of industrialization and digitalization to facilitate a more resilient, sustainable, and healthy global development. Xiamen is set to harness the potential of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center to foster deeper and wider practical collaboration among BRICS and BRICS Plus. The city will expedite the establishment of efficient industrial empowerment and project matching platforms to bolster open cooperation, reinforce integrated development, and guarantee the provision of top-notch services. This will enable Xiamen to provide robust backing for the realization of the Global Development Initiative and the creation of a new industrial revolution partnership.
