On March 31, Xiamen hosted the national optimization of the business environment event. During the meeting, the participants conducted field research on the construction of Xiamen's business environment. Xiamen places significant emphasis on enhancing its business environment and has consistently ranked among the top in the national assessment for three consecutive years. It has also been recognized as a benchmark city at the national level. Xiamen ranked first in the country in the government transparency index, first in the fourth quarter of 2022 in the reform enthusiasm index for cities at the sub-provincial level and above, first in the country in the annual comprehensive ranking of city credit index 2022, third in the country in satisfaction with the quality of public services, and was awarded the first batch of national model cities for the construction of rule of law government. In the future, Xiamen will continue to explore and experiment in accelerating the creation of a first-class business environment, exploring the way as the leading force, and striving to create more replicable and scalable "Xiamen programs" for the country.
