On March 16, six departments in Fujian Province jointly released a statement outlining their plans to expand the inflow of foreign capital. These plans aim to stabilize the scale of foreign investment while simultaneously enhancing the quality of such investments. To achieve this goal, foreign investors are encouraged to invest in 12 key industries. The following 12 industries are: electronic information, high-end equipment manufacturing, petrochemical and other advanced manufacturing, new materials, new energy, biology and new medicine, energy conservation and environmental protection, marine high-tech and other emerging industries, R&D and design, modern logistics, e-commerce, science and technology information, and other productive services. Fujian Province is actively seeking to attract foreign investment in key industries to bolster the province's digital economy, marine economy, green economy, as well as cultural and tourism development.
