The Management Committee of Xiamen Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Xiamen Development and Reform Commission, and the Xiamen Port Authority recently jointly issued "Notice on Xiamen Port's Partial Port Fee Standards for 2023-2024." Goods of both domestic and foreign trade passing through Xiamen Port (including ports under the jurisdiction of Zhangzhou) and international and domestic shipping lines entering and leaving Xiamen Port can continue to enjoy reductions in port service charges and pilotage fees for the next two years. It is expected to reduce the burden on enterprises by more than 90 million yuan per year. This initiative aims to further enhance the competitiveness of Xiamen Port, effectively reduce the costs of import and export, and create an international, first-class port business environment.
