On February 17, the 14th China Meetings Industry Convention ("CMIC") was held in Beijing. The CMIC is the largest-size and most influential industry event in China's MICE industry. At the conference, the Xiamen delegation achieved fruitful results. Each company has arranged meetings with more than 40 purchasers, resulting in nearly a thousand person-times of matchmaking, and several potential projects will come to Xiamen for exploration. In addition, Xiamen was awarded "China's Most Attractive MICE Destination", and a number of MICE-related enterprises garnered various awards. 2023 Xiamen International MICE Week (Spring) will be held in Xiamen from April 14-17, and the 2nd Urban MICE Industry Chain Innovation Expo will be held in the same period. Since its inception in 2015, Xiamen International MICE Week has been widely praised by industry players both at home and abroad, playing an essential role in extending the reach of Xiamen's MICE industry and stimulating its growth.
