Two state-level leaderboards have been announced recently and Xiamen has ranked 1st on both. The first leaderboard is the National Reform Popularity Evaluation Report of 2022Q4, on which Xiamen ranks first with 82.01 points on the reform popularity indicator. Last year, Xiamen made solid progress on 50 major reform tasks and 56 major breakthroughs, extracting a handful of reform experience that can be replicated and promoted to the nation. The second leaderboard is the National Comprehensive List of Credit Index 2022 among 36 provincial capital cities and sub-provincial cities, on which Xiamen ranks first. In recent years, Xiamen has aligned itself with international rules and prioritized the construction of a first-ranking business environment and a sound credit system, enabling the city to generate its specific advantages.
