The Measures for the Culture Industry contain nine specific measures in four aspects to attract the investment of premium culture enterprises, support the growth of local culture enterprises, and facilitate Xiamen to become a culturally powerful city in this new era. Cultural enterprises can obtain a maximum subsidy of 5 million yuan for each project if they develop new cultural experience scenes with digital technologies. The Measures for the Film and Television Industry include ten specific measures in five aspects to facilitate Xiamen to become a film and television center of China in this new era. The monetary support of this policy is also significantly increased, proven by the reward of up to 10 million yuan.
