Recently, the Ministry of Commerce released the list of trial regions of integrated foreign trade on its official website, and Xiamen was on that list. Those trial regions are intended to play a leading role in promoting the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade. Xiamen features a solid foundation, promising development, and an excellent environment for the integrated development of domestic trade. Its orderly and stable development has also been strongly underpinned by more than 600 innovative measures. The city ranks top in China in terms of foreign trade development, 4th in foreign trade reliance, 7th in comprehensive competitiveness of foreign trade, 3rd in the number of exhibitions, and 7th in the area of exhibitions. Meanwhile, it has been successfully rated as a national exemplary city for supply chain innovation and application.
