The MICE industry is the barometer of economic development. Recently, Xiamen has witnessed a range of heavyweight exhibitions. This fully reflects the good momentum in economic recovery and growth of Xiamen during the COVID-19 epidemic. The number of export enterprises across the city continues to increase and has reached 22,000. This year, Xiamen Municipal People's Government has four times initiated policies to ensure economic growth. These policies have released a bonus of around 42 billion yuan for market entities from January to October, benefiting about 600,000 market entities. From January to October, the Xiamen's economy saw stable advancement, represented by accelerated growth of businesses above the designated scale, strongly supported investment in fixed assets, and stable increase in consumer markets.
