The inauguration ceremony of Xiamen Hospital of BCUM Dongzhimen Hospital (Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, XHTCM) and the groundbreaking ceremony of the Rehabilitation Building of XHTCM, a state-level regional medical center project, was held recently. The first team of 28 medical workers assigned by Dongzhimen Hospital has officially settled in XHTCM while the remote video diagnosis service was launched at the same time. The state-level regional medical center, which is XHTCM-based and is staffed by Dongzhimen Hospital, was officially approved this May. The inauguration of Xiamen hospital of BCUM Dongzhimen Hospital and the commencement of the hospital's phase II project mark a key stage of its construction.
