To help enterprises better achieve standardized operation and rapid development in a capital market, Xiamen Torch Development Zone for High Technology Industries recently revised and promulgated the "Management Measures for Supporting the Restructuring and Listing of Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as the "Management measures"). In particular, "Management measures" introduces five supporting policies. These include policies that encourage enterprises to carry out joint-stock restructuring and establish a modernized enterprise system. This will support enterprises to get listed on domestic stock exchanges; support enterprises to get quoted on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ); support enterprises to get listed on the regional equity exchange market of Xiamen; encourage enterprises to get listed and raise funds at home and abroad, and encourage round-trip investment of listed companies.
