Recently, Huli District signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the Cooperation of BRICS Innovation Base Headquarters Project with the General Technology International Group affiliated with China General Technology (Group) Holdings Limited. The BRICS Innovation Base is not only a strategic platform of Xiamen endowed by our nation, but also a platform where BRICS nations exchange project practices and cooperation. In this cooperation, both parties will jointly initiate the BRICS Innovation Base Headquarters project to draw well-known enterprises of "BRICS+" countries with promising potential in international trade, financial investment, green & low-carbon, and cutting-edge technologies to develop in Huli.
