From January to April this year, Xiamen Port saw 16.7267 million tons of commodity exports, up by 15.72% YOY; 148.88 million TEUs of container exports, up by 7.12% YOY. Meanwhile, there are 88 shipping routes from Xiamen Port to the ports of RCEP nations. From January to April this year, Xiamen's imports & exports from or to other RCEP member nations reached 93.36 billion yuan, up by 1.4% YOY, accounting for 33.9% of the total import and export value of Xiamen. From January to April, the imports and exports of private enterprises of Xiamen reached 31 billion yuan, up by 12% YOY. The city also stood out remarkably in terms of service packaging. In Q1 this year, the contract amount of outsourced services undertaken by Xiamen-based enterprises reached 19.45 billion yuan, with 6.4 billion yuan executed, up by 13.8% and 38.4% YOY, respectively.
