Xiamen will build a digital industry computing center to provide cloud computing support for the advanced manufacturing cluster in the Xiamen Science and Technology Park and the Tongxiang High-tech City. On May 20, Xiamen Torch Group won the bid for the 2022TP01 plot, marking the official settlement of the Xiamen Digital Industry Computing Center. As a major new infrastructure project, Xiamen Digital Industry Computing Center is positioned to serve the BRICS Innovation Base, and will be built into an industry-oriented supercomputing center, a digital industry innovation base, the first large heterogeneous supercomputing center in Fujian, and the only hot data center in Fujian for new industries.
