According to the Chinese City Talent Attractiveness Rank 2022 released by Zhaopin recently, Xiamen ranks 19 on the list of 2021 top 100 most attractive cities to talents. Talent inflow is closely related to the ever-increased talent absorption policies and improved talent environment of Xiamen. Last year, Xiamen took the initiative to release six hardcore policies for talent retention, covering household registration, living, and housing. In the past ten years, Xiamen's talent pool has been more than doubled to 1.39 million talents.
