In order to facilitate enterprises to handle business affairs online, and further optimize the business environment of Xiamen, the Market Supervision Commission of Xiamen Municipality (MSCXM) rolled out the QR code of electronic business licenses on May 10 this year, which was the first in Fujian province, allowing legal persons from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and other countries to download electronic business licenses by scanning the corresponding QR code. This service enables more enterprises to handle corporate registration, carve official stamps, and have easy access to tax-related services and social insurance registration via the electronic business license. By now, nearly 100,000 market entities in Xiamen have downloaded and claimed their electronic business licenses, and 58,000 enterprises have logged into platforms by scanning the QR code 200,000 times.
