The Southeast (Xiamen) Smart Supply Chain Industrial Park of ZTO Express Group has now been officially settled in the Maluan Bay New Town, with an investment of around 320 million yuan and covering a land area of around 82 mu. After the official launch and operation, the project is expected to generate an operating income of 303 million yuan each year and tax revenue of 5 million yuan per hectare, and create job opportunities for 600 people. Positioned as the regional headquarters, after completion, the park will accommodate domestic and local e-commerce enterprises in partnership with ZTO, and establish ZTO Smart Cloud Warehouse, cold chains, international express, air freight and other business sectors. The project will be built into a high-caliber comprehensive logistic park and a smart supply chain industrial park. It will become a key driver for building up the modern logistic industrial clusters in the new town and the smart technological industrial park in the north of Maluan Bay.
