Xiamen enterprises are accelerating production of Mini/Micro LED chips. Recently, San'an Optoelectronics received a purchase order of Mini LED chips from a key international client, which is worth more than RMB 170 million. San'an Optoelectronics’ shipment of Mini LED chips has been continuously increasing since the second half of last year, marking its timely transformation from the traditional illumination industry to the new display industry and epitomizing the upgrade of Xiamen's photoelectric industry. As the LED industry has grown mature in recent years, competition turns fiercer in the illumination sector. The Mini/Micro LED product, as the core of next-generation display technologies, has ushered into a new chapter for the development of the LED industry. Presence of Huawei, Apple, Samsung, BOE, TCL, and other industry leaders has been seen successively. Industrial transformation and upgrades to new display technologies and Mini/Micro LED are also witnessed in Xiamen's optoelectronic semiconductor enterprises such as Shenzhen Tianma, San'an Optoelectronics, and Changelight.
