In the afternoon on March 15, 4 foreign technicians from the Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences were formally certified as technical commissioners of Xiamen. By inviting foreign talents to act as technical commissioners and technical consultants, Xiamen is building a platform for them to innovate and start businesses and actively introducing more foreign talents for international technological and talent exchanges and cooperation in more fields, in a bid to import more globally-advanced technologies into enterprises.
