From January to February this year, Xiamen registered 125 major provincial projects with a planned investment of RMB 11.56 billion and an actually completed investment of RMB 15.47 billion, exceeding the former by RMB 3.91 billion. These projects include 46 industrial projects with an actually completed investment of RMB 5.74 billion, besting the planned investment of the same period by RMB 2.07 billion; 65 infrastructure projects with an actually completed investment of RMB 8.81 billion, besting the planned investment of the same period by RMB 1.68 billion; 14 social utility projects with an actually completed investment of RMB 920 million, besting the planned investment of the same period by RMB 160 million.
