Recently, Xiamen introduced XEPIC (Xiamen) Corporation Limited, a leading enterprise of home-made chip design verification tool (EDA verification tool), and initiated the construction of the phase-II project of the Public Wafer Test Service Platform. The introduction of the leading EDA tool enterprise marked a milestone in Xiamen's integrated circuit industry. Xiamen has owned the complete industrial chain of integrated circuits covering chip design, wafer manufacturing, third-generation semi-conductor materials, and package test, remarkably highlighting the advantages in industrial development. The city will continue to seek and incubate key enterprises along the industrial chain of integrated circuits. The aim is to gather 200 relevant enterprises and become a key pivot in China's integrated circuit industry in the next two to three years.
