According to the Regulations of Xiamen Special Economic Zone on Business Environment Improvement (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) to be implemented on March 1 this year, which consists of 89 articles in 9 chapters, norms will be placed on market environment, administrative services, industrial development environment, humanistic environment, international environment, law-based governance environment, and regulatory supervision. In the Regulations, 21 practical initiatives are the first of their kind in China, bringing convenience and benefits to enterprises. Xiamen attaches great importance to the business environment improvement work. The Regulations to be enacted epitomizes the further consolidation and escalation of well-proven experiences and practices of Xiamen in business environment improvement, offering solid law-based protection for Xiamen to build an internationally first-ranking business environment.
