The State-level Industrial Design Center Ranking was released recently, covering 266 corporate industrial design centers and 33 industrial design enterprises from 25 provinces and municipalities. Xiamen has 12 state-level industrial design centers, ranking the first in Fujian Province. The State-level industrial design center refers to a corporate industrial design center or industrial design enterprise that is certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and has outstanding industrial design and innovation capacity, distinctive features, standard management, excellent performance, and domestically-leading development level. In recent years, Fujian has attached great importance to the innovation and development of industrial design and introduced supportive measures. By 2023, Fujian will have 100 provincial-level industrial design centers and more than 20 state-level industrial design centers.
