From January through October this year, a total of 68.17 billion yuan investment was completed in Xiamen on 111 provincial key projects, which was 16.64 billion yuan more than the planned amount, marking 106.9% completion of the annual planned investment and 23.6 percentage points ahead of the schedule. The investment completion rate ranked first in the province. Growth was maintained in the construction of provincial key industrial projects, with an actually completed investment of 29.66 billion yuan from January through October, marking 132.1% completion of the planned investment for the same period; significant progress was made in the construction of provincial key infrastructure projects, with an actually completed investment of 32.93 billion yuan from January through October, marking 135.2% completion of the planned investment for the same period; the construction of provincial key social utility projects was accelerated, with an actually completed investment of 5.58 billion yuan from January through October, marking 117.9% completion of the planned investment for the same period.
