While committed to shaping a highland for e-commerce livestreaming, Xiamen now has 23 e-commerce livestreaming bases, which serves as a remarkable boost for Xiamen's online retail industry. Xiamen has also enacted a series of policies and measures to support the quality-based development of e-commerce in recent years, such as 18 measures to support the quality-based development of e-commerce, the three-year action plan for e-commerce livestreaming, and a reward up to 20 million yuan to support its development. Those acts have drawn livestreaming talents and agencies to Xiamen for development. From January to July this year, the value of Xiamen's online retail reached 116.37 billion yuan, up by 29.3% on a year-on-year basis and 9.0 percentage points higher than the provincial growth.
