XTC New Energy Materials (Xiamen) Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary of Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd., officially went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Sci-Tech Innovation Board on August 5, marking the first successful case of spin-off listing in Fujian Province and the third national high-tech enterprise in Xiamen listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board following Amoytop Biotech and Ropeok. Formerly known as the battery materials division affiliated to Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd., XTC New Energy Materials specializes in the research and development, production and sales of lithium battery cathode materials, and will be committed to building the most internationally competitive new energy materials industrial base. As of August 5, Xiamen houses a total of 66 listed companies (including those with IPO application approved), of which 4 companies with IPO application approved that have not been listed.
