The "2021 Xiamen Talent Service Month", which was launched on June 2 this year, came to a close recently with nearly 20,000 people participating in offline activities. During the event, a total of 163 themed activities were held, covering policy publicity, job fair and talent introduction, project docking, exchanges, and assistance activities for talent and enterprises. Talent Service Month has attracted wide social participation. Focusing on graduates' employment and technological innovation, it actively caters to enterprises' demand for technological R&D and job recruitment, connecting and introducing research intelligence and graduate resources from universities inand out of the province. With a view to cross-Strait integration and international exchanges, it aims to broaden the coverage and improve professional level of services to talents from Taiwan and overseas. The Xiamen Talent Service Month focuses on innovation and has achieved many "firsts" in China or in the province, such as the first "BRICS +" talent track in China, the first BRICS e-commerce talent training base in the free trade zone, and the first talent fund in Fujian Province.
