The 2021 Xiamen–Israel Cooperation Forum on Technological Innovation was held in Xiamen on the morning of May 11. The forum offered in-depth exchanges on topics such as Sino-Israeli enterprise cooperation and enterprise innovation and development through keynote speeches, business environment promotion, roundtable forums, enterprise roadshows, investment promotion and government-enterprise matchmaking, etc. It builds a platform for cooperation and innovation between Xiamen and Israeli enterprises, and recommends multi-disciplinary collaboration between the two sides in enterprise innovation, promoting Xiamen as a regional center for the transfer and investment of Israel's leading technology in China. In recent years, Xiamen has grown into an important port for China's foreign trade, a vital place for pooling foreign capital and a significant window for foreign exchanges. The city has long maintained friendly exchanges and cooperation with Israel in various fields. The collaboration in technology has also been deepening. Currently, there is a certain degree of fit between the two sides in terms of industrial strengths, including information technology, biomedicine, incubator and marine science, with close cooperation among enterprises.
